How did you become an expert in learning and complexity?

The truth is, my journey began with the same struggles many face today. I’ve always been passionate about learning—investing in countless courses, certifications, and programs. Information was everywhere, but applying even 1% of what I learned felt like an uphill battle. I started to question myself: Was I choosing the right courses? Working with the right mentors? Was there something I could improve?

The Extrovert’s Advantage

Despite my keen appreciation for introspection, I confess I have a natural inclination towards connection and bridge-building among diverse cultures and teams. These energetic interactions invigorate my creativity and propel my drive, enhancing the quality of the partnerships I foster.

A Turning Point: 
Apply What I Know

Through this process, I realized that the real challenge wasn’t acquiring more information; it was putting what I had learned into practice. Once I shifted my focus from gathering knowledge to accelerating its application, my life changed dramatically.

On a personal level, I was able to build lasting habits—whether it was staying consistent with exercise, adopting a healthier diet, managing stress, or incorporating meditation and breathing techniques into my routine. It wasn’t just about learning anymore; it was about living differently.

I’m a passionate observer of people, cultures, and behaviors. I’ve navigated my own personal journey through various cultural landscapes, faced challenges, and embraced change.

A Decade of Leadership and Coaching

Over the past decade, I’ve led, coached, and supported high-impact teams and leaders. I’ve faced the trials and tribulations of life and business, coached many individuals through life-altering experiences, and gained insights into the secret challenges of high-performing leaders and teams across various sectors. They’re not unlike the challenges we all face – just on a different scale or in a different context.

From Personal Discovery to Professional Impact

The same approach revolutionized my professional life. By mastering how to apply the insights and skills I had gained, I grew my coaching practice, inspired others to do the same, and launched multiple successful ventures. I saw firsthand how accelerating the application of knowledge, rather than just acquiring it, is what leads to true progress and fulfillment.

I’m also a Senior Professional Coach and Consultant with over a decade of experienc e in behavioral sciences, sociology of organizations, and tech entrepreneurship. I hold key certifications from renowned institutions such as MIT Sloan Executive Education and HEC Paris, with a focus on Organizational Change, Digital Transformation, and Executive Coaching of Organizations. Further, my studies in Behaviour Change for Health and Organizations from the University College of London and PWC Business Coaching Diploma underline my expertise.

In 2016, I co-founded CECORP (European Association of Professional Organizational Coaching) and am also a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation) and EMCC (European Coaching & Mentoring Council) – French Chapters and certified SAFe Program Consultant

The Same Challenges in Organizations

As I worked with teams and organizations, I saw that this problem wasn’t unique to individuals. Companies were pouring millions of euros into training programs, yet much of what employees learned never found its way into their day-to-day work. Cultures didn’t improve. People felt frustrated because they were learning, but not changing. And I asked myself: If I could make this shift on a personal level, why not at the organizational level too?

My background in professional coaching and behavioral science helped me understand the processes that lie behind maximizing learning and turning it into real-world impact. I wanted to share this discovery with others—to help individuals, teams, and organizations not just learn more, but learn better.

Now, whether I’m working one-on-one with an individual or partnering with an organization, my goal is the same: to bridge the gap between knowledge and action, creating lasting change that leads to personal and professional growth.

Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with over 1800 individuals across seven countries. These experiences have granted me deep insights into how our psychology, social context, and capabilities intertwine to influence our behaviors and goals.
